Desired but not Critical. Maybe wait till static capture refactor.

Describe the incorrect/future/missing documentation

Would be good if we had both more documentation on the static capture training and how it works as well as a better example of the speedups you get.

          If possible, might be good to include an example for a model with more speedup with these optimizations.
