crashing or freezing steam launcher or game

To Reproduce

sometimes

  1. opening steam
  2. waiting 30-60 seconds
  3. crash

sometimes

  1. launching steam launcher many times(open and close, or crash - open - crash - open again)
  2. system fully freeze

usually

  1. opening steam
  2. open random steam game
  3. game or steam crashing while playing(5-10 min for it)

usually

  1. opening steam
  2. open random steam game
  3. game fully freezed
