Unable to build ubuntu20.04 docker
This issue seems to be recurrent according to what I saw in the past unfortunately. Image: nvidia/cuda:11.2.1-runtime-ubuntu20.04

Could this be a transient issue that comes up when developer.download.nvidia.com is down / syncing?
