The make_cache_dir_path method located here: https://github.com/NVIDIA/modulus/blob/2a3580400a958ed22210d85145d5daf09677ff33/modulus/utils/generative/utils.py#L136

Uses environment variables to create folders which is a os access violation. This type of enviroment variable control should be moved into the example if its needed at all.

Seems this method isnt even used at the moment can it be deleted?
