GFD timestamp in label

NVIDIA GFD reports a label, nvidia.com/gfd.timestamp.

I'd expect to see the timestamp information either:

• set as an annotation, perhaps in ISO 8601 format
• tracked via managedFields - see https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/using-api/server-side-apply/
