added mapping for bf16 to torch::kBFloat16

Mapping for cutlass bf16 type to pytorch kBFloat16 type. After analyzing pytorch code this type might be not fully supported. In pytorch/test/cpp/api/support.h line 81 there is a comment informing that not all tensor operations are implemented for this type.
