[BUG]example48 debug version failed

Describe the bug I try to use cuda-gdb, and I add debug -g -G tag to example48, then it failed. Even before cuda-gdb. cuda-gdb team reports a same bug here: https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/cuda-gdb-doesnt-fit-hopper-tested-on-cutlass-example-48/302310/6?u=202476410arsmart
