grouped dynamics examples
- This PR adds Jin's Dynamics introductions to the dynamics examples.
- Dynamics examples are grouped and placed into notebooks sot he results can be output and discussed.
- Extra: The applications page now links to the github repo where the notebooks live.

@1tnguyen Would you be willing to take a look at this PR so it can merge as soon as possible? There is a need to use these introductory notebooks for an event in a couple of weeks. One caution might be that these notebooks were created some time ago and if the examples contained within have changed a lot, they may need some adjustment but you would know better than I if there were an substantial changes. Please let me know if I can help.
