7.1.3 aarch64 tar file missing from https://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-tensorrt-7x-download

Description

Hi! https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/tensorrt/archives/tensorrt-713/support-matrix/index.html lists aarch64 as a supported platform for 7.1.3. Yet, there seems to be no relevant tar file for it in the nvidia developer zone https://github.com/NVIDIA/TensorRT/tree/release/7.1. Your 7.1.3 instructions even reference a aarch64 tar file that I'm unable to find. Is there a different place to find this?

tar -xvzf TensorRT-7.1.3.4.Ubuntu-18.04.aarch64-qnx.cuda-10.2.cudnn7.6.tar.gz

I believe we don's support qnx in 7.x. and I think you need to check the DRIVEOS SDK, which provide the auto build.
