Reproduction
In a new virtual environment, run pip install --extra-index-url https://pypi.nvidia.com tensorrt-llm==0.11.0. This should be supported for the Llama example: https://github.com/NVIDIA/TensorRT-LLM/blob/05316d3313360012536ace46c781518f5afae75e/examples/llama/requirements.txt.
Expected behavior
Install succeeds

Looks similar to #1362
I confirmed with ping and then curl that I can reach https://pypi.nvidia.com
Hello,
could you please double check it is not something from your environment? I can successfully install it in a container.
Could you please try with a container as suggested here?
