Small update to benchmarking build docs to correct usage

To reflect the correct usage as I understand it when you have elevated privileges

The suggested change worked for me and the original didn't. Also: looking at the Makefile my understanding is that my suggested change is correct

I added line-wraps but didn't run any linters on this
