[MaskRCNN/TensorFlow2] How to infer one image and visualize the mask result?

Thanks for a great tutorial covering installation and usage, but apart from evaluating the existing COCO TFrecords, how do we input an image for segmentation and visualize its mask results? Can you provide an example of making predictions on a single image input? Thanks.
