You could use "PETSc4FOAM" (A Library to plug-in PETSc into the OpenFOAM Framework) and extend it with the "AmgXWrapper"

Hi can anyone tell how to get this paper "Integrating OpenFOAM and GPUs using amgX" by Rathnayake, i have found it in the link http://dl.lib.uom.lk/handle/123/12777 but i am not able to download it ,even after making the account in their website and have requested the paper as well but still not getting , if anyone have please provide Thanks
