Bump xenna to latest version

Description

Bumps xenna to the latest version and also removes the fixed pin to an unbounded upper pin. Given the high frequency of releases last month, would prefer keeping this unbounded until code freeze and pinning to a known working version then to avoid potential breakages post code freeze.
