InputBlockV2 - Extend test coverage

Currently there are dozens of tests using InputBlock. This task is about creating copies of those tests and replacing InputBlock by InputBlockV2, which over time will be the de-facto solution for InputBlock and flexible embedding table definition. Associated to RMP #479, which you can check for more context

@marcromeyn , please review this ticket and break it up so that session based models are prioritized for 22.09 and the rest are kept in needs prioritization.
