[Requirement] Movie-Lens example Enhancement

The current Movie-Lens example uses KNN to make a inference demo but produces suspicious results which have a lot of queries returning the same recommendation. According to @vinhngx, there is still room for the AUC to be higher to produce a more reasonable embedding. @jershi425 will try and update the notebook.
