Latest version of zed-ros2-wrapper is not compatible with the SDK version in this repo's Dockerfile

Basically see stereolabs/zed-ros2-wrapper#226 . The minor version needs to be updated to 1 in the Dockerfile here so that it works. Otherwise I get the same errors it mentions in the above issue.
