How to run your project after installing your programs

Hi, I am new to study A.I. with NVIDIA Jetson and would like to run your project for evaluating how to execute deep learning model training and apply the pre-trained model to the movement detection project. Could you tell me how to follow live_demo.ipynb step-by-step please? I don't know what command to launch your live-demon of densenet121_baseline_att_256x256_B_epoch_160.pth after I download it? and then how to load the JSON file which describes the human pose task? what's command for COCO format please?
