[TAO 5.0] Google colab implementation still uses TAO 4.0 python package

Hi, i recently noticed that with the release of TAO 5.0 that the google colab setup shell file was not adjusted tensorflow/setup_env.sh tensorflow/setup_env_desktop.sh both in the main and 5.0 updates branch. They still seem to be using nvidia-tao==4.0.0 , is this normal?
