The current GS9238 is not widely available and is also a very particular footprint due to the high output current capability. Consider switching to AP64501SP-13; to get around the fact that it does not have a PGOOD signal, you can use RC circuits to hit the power sequencing requirements.

Also consider TI's TLV62569PDDC (and related products, which are rated for lower/higher current), which has a PGOOD signal and comes in a common SOT-23-6 footprint.
