improve the recall and accuracy

I captured a video on a park which has many Chinese license plate cars to test the app. It turns out that the recall of license plates is too low when using the pruned and quantized LPD model, and the recognition result is wrong at most time when the LPD model detects the license plate. Any advice to improve the performance? Thanks in advance.
