Unable to reproduce claimed performance

Hello, I followed the steps to deploy this project with docker but the resulting performance is quite terrible. Vehicle detection and LPD models draw boxes all around the place and are highly inconsistent frame after frame.

Is this project meant to work as well as shown here ?
