Restoring tab opens after the current and not there it was before

How to reproduce:

A – [B] — C

There is a 3 windows: A, B, and C. B is the focused.

  1. close B
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+T

Expected result: A — [B] — C

B restores there it was.

Actual result: A — C — [B]

B restores after current focused tab.
