Not sure, because in my case the button "Send to Slack right now" works. It's the scheduling which doesn't, Pulses aren't sent automatically as the scheduled interval.

I upgraded last week my metabase instance to 0.33.0. I still have the issue. `Sent to Slack now` works perfectly, but the pulse isn't sent automatically hourly.
