[Enhancment] Add ability to ignore light from "Home Page" control

Add the ability to make a light as "Not Home Page controllable" so that when dragging the sliders or using the buttons on the home page it won't affect that light.

Love this suggestion. Didn't know you put it in here. But I've thought about it a lot of times. It would be useful. I have a couple of lights that I just like using at very specific occasions for example. You want them added as lights to be able to control them but not necessary from the home page control.
