Precipitation always stuck at 0%

Describe the bug On the weather screen saver, the current precipitation is always 0% when it is clearly not, the forecasts are correct

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have flashed the NSPanel again
2. have verified my current location
3. same results

Expected behavior The precipitation should change according to the weather

• Home Assistant user
• Browser [e.g. chrome, safari]
• NSPanelManager version 1.0.2
• NSPanel Firmware version latest (could never connect to its web server)
