Rework firmware and move processing to MQTTManager

Rework firmware to simply act as as "dumb" relay and not really do any processing on the panel. All the processing will be moved to the MQTTManager which is much more powerful and easier to maintain, expand and debug. Send most messages via protobuf to maintain types and structure.
