CLI For Editing .car Files

Just wondering if it's possible to have a CLI for this that allows you to actually edit the .car file.

I'm trying to create an app that will change the icon for Arc Browser, but to do that I need to be able to replace a certain file inside of a .car bundle from code.

If it's a lot of work to make a CLI for this, is there any part of the source code I can use to achieve the same thing? Thanks.
