[BUG] PyPI update not working

Current Behavior

The Action to release FLASC to PyPI is failing. Details are minimal, but I will look into this in the coming days. As a result, the version of FLASC on PyPI is stuck at 1.3.1 (so 1.4, 1.5, and 2.0 are not on PyPI)

Expected Behavior

FLASC should be updated on PyPI each time there is a new release tag.

Steps To Reproduce

Look at Actions tab and the Upload Python Package action.
