Doc clarification: supported years for GOES Conus PSM v4

This line claims support for "the period 2019 onwards"

While this one says only 2021-2023:

When actually making an API request using names=2019, I get back:

 'errors': ["The required 'years' or 'names' parameter must be a single number between 2021 and 2023. The comma delimited option is only available when using the JSON variant of this endpoint."]

And a question: with the deprecation of the 3.2.2 endpoints, will there be no way (via the HTTP API) to get 5-minute data for 2018, 2019, and 2020 anymore?
