rename trackerdict, analysis1axis

Our workflow uses the trackerdict and analysis1axis even for fixed tilt systems. for multi-object systems, some can be tracked and others fixed. We should come up with a different name for it all, to avoid confusing people.

Also, deprecate the non-trackerdict workflow in our tutorials and modelchain.
