CECMod additional integration

• At the moment, the GUI doesn't interact with the CECMod performance parameters.
• In load.savedictionariestoConfigurationIniFile there's no easy way to save CECMod dictionary parameters from the moduleObj.
• To go along with the above, load.readconfigurationinputfile would also need to handle CECMod input dictionaries
• It would be nice to have a more integrated CEC module picker where you can list or select module names found in the SAM CEC module data file.
