Add functionality to alfalfa client to enable the following features:

• [ ] Running a workflow with alfalfa-gem (openstudio makes it hard for people to use external gems)
• [ ] Generating a report of points that will be generated by a specific measure on a workflow
• [ ] Ability to chose specific measures to include in a workflow (disabling default alfalfa measures)
