Adjust approach to historian.

After filebeat (#209) is integrated, then remove influxdb from this source code. Another repo should be created to enable deployment of Influx with Alfalfa, which is not going to be a system deployment issue instead of a software configuration issue.

Revisit during 7/7 discussion for 0.4.0 release. I believe that @tijcolem found filebeat a not great fit for historian but we have discussed using ElasticSearch/Kibana since they are already the logging stack.

we are going to remove influxdb & use elasticsearch for historian. will probably pull from redis. depends on #322
