Add integration testing for equipment

Add some integration tests for devices (PV, battery, EV, etc.) so we can make sure things don't break as we do updates.

• Create houses in different tools (BEopt, ResStock, different versions) for a base home, home with PV, home with battery, home with EV. Run annual test and 1 day test (different time resolutions, finer for 1 day).
• Test without a schedule file
• Test with NSRDB weather
• Test with parquet outputs
• Test with simple controller
• Test with varying voltage
• HP (single, 2 speed, variable speed), AC, MSHP, HPWH

Don't necessarily have to add all of these immediately, but the more we do the better.
