Visualization: refactorization

As mentionned by @Dan-Eli about a year ago, it would clean out the code a bit to refactor visualization.py as a Class (e.g. Visualizer). To make this refactorization worth while, it would be nice to have GDL send visualization pngs to mlflow as artifacts that could be seen directly form that marvelous tool. There was also a thought about integrating tensorboard to GDL, which could be a good alternative to visualize intermdiate results from a training. May be longer to implement though.
