click on legend and zoom in spectrum

Sorry ... seems this bug is still present in some case

1. I load a spectrum
2. I click on the legend, no problems. In log I see 'down'
3. I zoom (I see zoom down)
4. I click on the legend, no problems. In log I see 'down'
5. I double click on the spectrum for 'full zoom out'. In the log I see twice 'zoomdown'
6. I click on the legend : I see in the log 'down' but I have a zoom

To make it more simple:

1. Load spectrum
2. Double click on spectrum for full zoom out
3. Click on legend, you have a zoom

Ok this has now to be re-opened. The fix was "too" good in that it created new problems
