[Feature request] make Json-Viewer translatable

I would like to translate json-Viewer into Italian. Is it already possible to do it? If not, is it possible to make it translatable? It seems there is not a standard for translation: https://community.notepad-plus-plus.org/topic/25887/translation-plugin

Hello @SinghRajenM. I'm currently improving Serbian translation for N++, so please let me know when this plugin is ready for localization and I would gladly translate it!

I use either JSON Viewer or JSON Tools. At the moment, only the last one is translatable.
