Features documentation / dummy driver

Hello. I have two issues. 1. I need a list of features with status (done/in progress).
Because I don't know which features are done. 2. I would like to create a Modbus TCP Client or Server (driver).
Do you have a conception for creating drivers? In my opinion would be handy to have a basic example of a driver.
