[5pt] Overflooding upstream of a lock/dam in Kentucky (site RAVK2)
Stage- and flow-based CatFIM are overflooding at site RAVK2 near Irvine, KY. The overflooding occurs upstream of a lock/dam in the river (located right where the site is). This issue was initially found in CatFIM but it is reflected in the REM so it will likely also occur in other FIM products.

The area of over-inundation is reflected in the branch REM and aligns with the catchment boundary.

The DEM at the site also reflects the stair step that seems to be causing this over inundation. Note that the color ramp is only from range 175-200 in order to emphasize difference.
