[5pt] Create developer visualization materials for CatFIM

Currently, there is not a streamlined method for quickly visualizing CatFIM results. Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to visualize the elevation cross-sections of the CatFIM results at a given point

Implement the following CatFIM visualization updates:

• Assemble some data visualization guidelines in the new CatFIM README file
• ~Create ArcGIS Pro and QGIS symbology presets for easier visualization~ -> No longer needed, functionality is provided by Jupyter notebooks (12/6/24)
• Write a Jupyter notebook for viewing CatFIM results
• Write a Jupyter notebook for creating and visualizing the CatFIM elevation cross sections
