Combination CCPP-related PR for ozone diagnostics, metadata intent bugfixes, sfcsub.F landmask bugfix, and canopy resistance output

Description

This PR combines changes from 4 ccpp-physics PRs. See https://github.com/ufs-community/ccpp-physics/pull/205

Other than ccpp-physics submodule updates, this PR has:

• changes to GFS_typedefs.F90/meta to reflect that rca is used for Noah and Noahmp LSMs
• change in the metadata for use_2m_diagnostics_calculated_by_lake_model to reflect the Fortran code
