ch_bay_sal and ch_bay_temp not using all stations

get function currently only uses data from one buoy (goose reef). there are 3 other stations that we have data for but are not used.

  • [ ] determine if this is intentional
  • [ ] decide how to incorporate data from all 4 stations
  • [ ] rewrite get function
  • [ ] rewrite plot function
