Got black screen in videos after 24s

The above time has to pass without interruptions. It's highly recreatable. appV 2.3.1 android11 oneui3.1 stock, SamsungM21 Ask for additional info if needed.

It seems that currently it's replicated when 30 seconds pass in idle state too. Probably a player issue.
