Updating binaries quits right away without errors on PHP 8.1

My update_binaries quits right away without doing any work, also not throwing any errors:

$ php misc/update/update_binaries.php

Partially fixed with the latest commits. Running Tmux in Sequential mode however causes the binaries and releases to not run.

Might still be an issue though but never checked again :-)
