BSOD when trying to end the cheat

So i am trying to port the cheat to another game, it turns that everytime when I try to end the cheat and release the dx pointers i get some of them as null and my pc bsod with something_reference... Any ideia why?

it is unloading the driver so it doesn't get detected, :)
