Setowner for players

Describe the problem you are trying to solve with this feature request I want a command that players can give someone their area. So owner can give someone else owner

Players can already add friends to their region with /as addfriend, which allows those players to build in them, is that what you need? Or do you want players to be able to give their region away entirely? That could be done by using /as resale (only for buy regions), and then letting the other player buy that region.
