[FR] RPZ does not handle HTTP redirects

Current behavior When configuring RPZs to download zone files using HTTP, it does not handle HTTP 302

Describe the desired feature It would be great if Unbound could handle HTTP 302 redirects to download the zone files

Potential use-case RPZ web server returns a new path for the zone files if a renamed file has been published. it would be easier than handling this from the web server.
