Update contributing guide for the template repository

  • Use markdown file from https://github.com/matchms/matchms/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md
  • Add other type of contributions
    • Spreading the word (LinkedIn, blog posts, Twitter, Reddit etc.)
  • Point to README.dev.md for developer documentation
