Support Avro type unions

Avro supports type unions, which means its possible to have multiple types for a datum.

One use that comes to mind is supporting optional values, eg. Option[AvroType] would have a type in the avro schema ["AvroType", "null"]

This would be really nice since that's the way pig export pig's schema. The interop would be very useful!
